Prospective tenants are accompanied on viewings at all times. If you or your current tenants occupy the property, viewings will be conducted strictly by appointment only.
We will take a security deposit from your tenant, equivalent to one calendar month's rent plus an additional £100. We will return this to your tenant at the end of a tenancy once we are satisfied all outstanding bills are paid, any damages or breakages repaired or replaced and any necessary cleaning carried out.
